All apps published under the rvodela developer account store your content — including photos, notes, goals, journal entries, and personal settings — exclusively on your device. We do not run servers that receive or store your personal data, and we do not require you to create an account.
This policy covers all mobile applications published by rvodela on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Each app may have a slightly different feature set, but they all share the same core privacy principles described in this document.

All content you create within our apps — boards, images, entries, tasks, preferences, and settings — is stored locally in your device's private app storage. This data is:
Depending on the app, some or all of the following permissions may be requested. Each permission is only requested when the relevant feature is used:

You may revoke any permission at any time in your device's Settings app. Revoking a permission disables only the associated feature; the rest of the app continues to function normally.
Most of our apps work entirely offline. Where an app does connect to the internet, the connection falls into one of the following categories:
Regardless of the feature, we never transmit your photos, images, journal text, board content, goals, or any media you have added to any of our apps. Internet connections are used only for the specific, limited purposes listed above.
Some of our apps include Artificial Intelligence (AI) features. Where supported, AI processing may occur entirely on your device using a local language model, or through a cloud AI provider that you choose.
AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Users should independently verify important information before relying on it.
Some apps allow you to enter your own API key for supported AI providers. Your API keys are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. When you use a cloud AI provider, your requests are sent directly from your device to the provider you selected using your API key. We do not proxy, log, or retain your prompts or AI responses on our own servers.
Our apps are intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through one of our apps, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our apps or applicable law. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of any of our apps after a change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
